Environment Policy
To implement this policy RAMADA GENERAL CONTRACTING shall:
- Provide the management structure and resources necessary to manage its Operations potential risks on the Environment.
- Comply with all national applicable laws, regulations and other requirements.
- Hold all levels of management, supervision and staff as line accountable-for environmental issues and for the development of positive attitudes in themselves and those they supervise.
- Identify, Monitor and Control, all companies’ activities in order to eliminate, reduce or isolate associated risks on the environment.
- Provide appropriate training to employees.
- Develop and maintain emergency procedures in co-operation, where necessary, with other operating companies, the local authorities and emergency services.
- Eliminate, minimize and control (whatever appropriate) pollution (both indoor & outdoor), and adverse environmental impacts associated with waste collection and other activities or services;
- Establish and periodically review measurable objectives & targets and associated management programs;
- Implement, maintain and communicate the policy to all employees and make it available to the public;
RAMADA GROUP believes that good environmental performance is an integral part of its
business therefore it will be treated as other primary business objectives and commit to
continuously improve it.
RAMADA GROUP commits itself to:
- Provide appropriate environmental training and educate employees to be environmentally aware and responsible.
- Continuously monitor our environmental performance and set any necessary
environmental objectives and targets. - Prevent the pollution that might result from RAMADA GROUP operations and activities through reduction of wastes, reuse and any other possible measure to achieve this.
- Use energy and other natural resources efficiently throughout our operations and activities.
- Allocate all necessary and available resources to clean up residual wastes.
- Revise RAMADA GROUP environmental policy regularly to include any changes and
improvements in the system. - Communicate this policy between our employees, suppliers and customers.
